Yoga Escapes luxury yoga retreats on Mykonos Greece.

beach at dusk in mykonos greeceWe’re hosting several more luxury yoga retreats on the beautiful island of Mykonos, Greece.

Our Mykonos yoga holidays will be held in May, June and September when the island is not too crowded and the weather is perfect to practice yoga outdoors by the sea and go for a swim. This is the sixth summer that we take yoga groups to Mykonos, we know the island well and two of us will be there on site to make sure you have a fantastic holiday!

You’ll get to enjoy daily yoga with wonderful views out to sea, a 5-star hotel with a lovely beach, one of the best luxury spas in Greece (the massages are to die for!), and delicious meals at wonderful restaurants in town and on the beach, we’ll take you to the best.

Our morning classes are active and invigorating and a great way to start the day, while our evening classes are more restorative and calming. The perfect way to end the day at sunset before heading off to a wonderful dinner.

Our yoga teachers have been practicing and teaching for over 20 years and will modify each class to suit both beginners and advanced guests, so all yoga levels can join. Yoga is at the heart of our retreats, but we also believe you deserve a real holiday! We spoil and pamper ourselves, and take well-deserved breaks from our busy lives that we’ve left behind.

We’ll be staying at the 5-star Myconian Imperial Hotel and Spa, a stunning luxury hotel overlooking one of the most beautiful beaches in Mykonos, recently renovated.

The Premium Seaview rooms have amazing views of the bay, the high-end spa is famous for its treatments, and guests will be able to enjoy a complimentary thalasso-therapy treatment to ease their muscles after an energizing yoga class.

Delicious meals

We’ll organize dinners for the group at lovely local restaurants in town or on the beach – depending on what the group feels like doing that evening. Mykonos is full of wonderful dining options from beachside tavernas to more fancy restaurants, and we know the best of the bunch.

The food is healthy and delicious, we’re not a vegetarian-only group, there are fit and meat options, gorgeous salads and grilled veggies, cheese plates and oven-baked dishes – so everyone can eat what they like and really enjoy the local food along with a good glass of wine!

horseback riding mykonos greece yoga escapesPlenty to do in between yoga classes:

There’s also plenty to do in between yoga classes – boat trips, visit the many beautiful beaches, kitesurfing and jet skiing. Or you could spoil yourself with treatments at the spa including massages and facials, shop the many boutique stores or simply stroll around the charming town.

Many people just enjoy spending their afternoons relaxing by the pool or on our private beach with a book.

It’s a real holiday – there’s completely flexibility with everything.

All activities, dinners, excursions and yoga classes are optional – we like to offer up things to do, but nothing is mandatory, we know you already have so much to do in your everyday lives that sometimes doing very little is a treat. Our goal is for you to leave feeling relaxed and restored, and with a smile to keep you going!
