Join us on a Mykonos yoga retreat for a 5* yoga week on a beautiful beach.
We’ve planned several more yoga retreats on the gorgeous island of Mykonos Greece – this will be our eleventh season of yoga retreats at a stunning 5* hotel on the beach. This is a truly special yoga week, and we can’t wait to take you there and show you around!
Visit the Mykonos Yoga Retreat page for full details.
Luxury on a wonderful Greek island
You’ll get to recharge in a beautiful setting at a fantastic hotel, and pamper yourself at a luxury spa, but of course there’s also plenty to see and do on the island, and plenty of quiet time and space to relax. The perfect balance.
Accommodation is in spacious seaview rooms at a 5* hotel on the beach, we’ll practice yoga twice a day on a large terrace with stunning views out to sea, enjoy delicious meals and a nice glass of wine. The yoga is amazing as well, and we’ll modify classes so all yoga levels can join.
Mykonos is absolutely beautiful, with a lovely main town and over 20 wonderful beaches. Two of us from Yoga Escapes will be there with the group to take care of everything and show you this special island. By now we know the nicest parts!

It’s your time and your holiday – everything is optional.
This is much more of a yoga holiday rather than a yoga retreat. You won’t have to deprive yourself – no waking up at dawn, no strict rules on food and drinks, everything is optional, and no one will judge if you skip a yoga class. Many people come on their own from all over the world, and it’s always a nice interesting mix.
All yoga levels can join our Mykonos yoga retreats. There will be two yoga classes a day – a 1.5 hour Vinyasa flow class in the morning and a one hour Yin yoga class at sunset. The morning classes are active and invigorating, while the Yin sunset classes are more restorative and truly heavenly. All the classes will be held outdoors in a gorgeous terrace with amazing views out to sea.
Our yoga teachers
Our yoga teachers have been practicing and teaching yoga for over 20 years and teach classes at several high-end yoga studios in London as well as on yoga retreats worldwide. They teach a challenging Vinyasa flow class combining active postures with breathing, meditation and relaxation, and heavenly Yin yoga classes.
Mykonos has a jet-setting vibe, but there’s so much more to this lovely island. We know the it well and will be happy to give you all sorts of recommendations. There are over 20 gorgeous beaches and a beautiful main town with a maze of narrow whitewashed streets, typical of the Greek islands. The restaurants are delicious, and there are cozy cafés by the sea for an evening cocktail. Every corner of the island is special, but you can just as easily relax on the hotel’s beach and be perfectly happy all week!
We’ll be staying at the stunning 5* Myconian Imperial Hotel, a high-end luxury hotel and member of The Leading Hotels Of The World, located directly on Elia beach, one of the most beautiful spots on Mykonos, and an easy commute into Mykonos town. It has just been refurbished, with a private beach, thalasso-spa, two outdoor pools, health center and several restaurants. Spa facilities include sauna, jacuzzi, steam room, two indoor heated pools, aromatherapy and thalassotherapy services, massages, facials, manicures and pedicures.
We’ll have a large buffet breakfast together after morning yoga class, with many options including omelets and eggs prepared in any way, fruit juices, pancakes and toasts, veggies, fresh fruits and cheeses, yoghurts, a selection of coffees and teas, as well as a gluten-free section. This will keep you going for most of the afternoon, but some people enjoy a light lunch or afternoon snack.
Mykonos is well known for its delicious fresh food and we’ll plan a group dinner at a different restaurant each evening in town or on the beach near the hotel – we know the best ones! And no pre-set menus, you can eat what you like.
Many things to do
There is so much to see and do in Mykonos, but there’s also plenty of time to relax at the pool or private beach during the week. You can splurge on spa treatments at the hotel’s high-end spa, take a boat trip, go horseback riding, stroll around Mykonos town, and discover many gorgeous beaches. We’ll offer up ideas and day trips, and we’ll be there to show you around.
Visit the Mykonos Yoga Retreat page for full details about the yoga week.
